The results of 2007 are actually consistent with what the Board anticipated - bearing in mind that the Company
has been taking the year to change course from being dependent entirely on Government related business and the
sale of services, to a company that focuses mostly on the sale of licenses into the Commercial sector as well as the Government
sector..
This has meant that the migration has needed to have built out the necessary infrastructure of both personnel and
product to bring about significant new sales in the commercial sector. But during 2007, the build-out phase, commercial
revenues had not yet started to come in - to match against the additional costs. At the beginning of 2008 - we got our
first important commercial sale - and we expect another very shortly with Oracle.
We can see with the Pfizer sale that our new strategy is starting to bear fruit [initial license sale for $400,000] which is
really encouraging - as getting in this sale is a big deal -with being up against such heavy duty competition.
