= A key criterion in the development of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) is the time Iran needs to produce enough weapon-grade uranium for a nuclear weapon, called breakout time. Iran agreed to refine uranium to no more than 3.7% enrichment and eliminated its stocks of weapons-grade 20%-enriched uranium.
