Most of the spare= they have are very specific and customized to their operation. The Mainten=e director gets calls weekly for their equipment. So not only do they need t=em for the other heli but they're a lot more valuable than to just t=row them into a sale, I brought up the notion of writing in the loi that u would only receive the s=ares when the other one sells but they may not ever sell it (I personally t=ink they will) and they'd rather take their chances of selling in t=e open market where they could get a lot of money.
