First, the Florid= lawyers have shown no hesitation in filing lawsuits, and they very well may retaliate against you for attackinM Second, they will likely=20 use a detailed statement like this to justify seeking discovery (interrogatories, depositions, etc.) from you in the lawsuits that are already pending. Third, the statement as drafted leaves open as many=20 questions as it answers, and therefore will not likely put an end to these stories. To mitigate these problems, my recommendation would b= to issue a general denial along the following lines: The allegations made against me by the woman identified in court papers as Jane Doe #3 are unequivocally false and deeply offensive and hurtful to me personally. I have never engaged in the type of inappropriate conduct that she alleges.
