Four deals this week so far! I made 5000 since Oct 1. I started working with another agent that is very personable warm and great with clients. I do advertising, setting up appoitments and initial meeting and she shows the apartments. So far its working great. The clients love her. She bonds and makes friends and I do the rest of the work (getting qualified applicants to the office and finding apts). I am getting a second intern for me and my partner (IIII). I met her and I liked her much more than . we'll see how it works out. I am very excited about the next couple of months. I am getting very good at what I do and with the help of the interns I can do what I do best and delegate the rest. As I wrote in the last email, I am officially number one producer for the last couple of days. That is an awesome feeling! I got a lot of recognition from the managers... And I made more money in Oct so far than the managers! I'd like to keep it that way. My goal is 20k+ per month gross. Its very doable. I also want to get 2 trainees on Nov (I get half their money). It is a lot of responsibility. On a more fun note. I got my hair done and it looks gorgeous. I really want to step it up and do a few improvements so I can look like a hot chick that even you will want to talk to in the next month or so. :) By the way, do you have Kisses Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T number?
