Then he is going back and deleting all the things you highlighted for him to take off and will email me that list (I want to see the things you don't need to see so I will know for the future) Story also spoke with Bill about getting something on line where everyone can log on to their own "To Do" List (but no one else's) to make updates...Then you will be able to log on to all lists to keep abreast.
