This is the third incidence of default of your 300,000 promissory note to Mr. Epstein. The two others are as follows: a) Payment of 4,000 was received on April 19h not on its due date of April I 6'h b) Payment of 4,000 paid on April 19th should have bccn 4,500 and the difference of 500 has still not been paid.
