He says he dials a number in CA and gets a funny message telling him "it is necessary to dial an access code...please hang up and dial again" this is the 0 at the house....I transfer the Ito this line whenever I work here. I just tried to call my house from this line to see if I received the same funny message and I do! He asked that you please research this.
