Also, if there is any urgent situation where you need the apartment for a few days and I am in NY, just let me know. I could go and possibly stay with family or friends. No worries about the house keeper... All good!! How does she work btw..? I am very good at maintaining and cleaning but if I want her to come while I am there for a long time, can she come while I am there randomly..? I am more then happy to pay here and cover the fee..
