He nailed the facade of the house and we like these working plans better than anything we have seen. He truly listened to all out desires! Just wish it didn't calculate out to around 6400 sq ft! We need to try to get that down. So far we plan to cut some of the spacious garage out and cut a foot right through the middle. If you have a look and see something or have an idea of where we can cut back and not make a major change , let me know!! But so far really happy.
