The best way to have the Advantium fixed is to have GE service repair it. The number to call is 800-386-1215 (after a couple prompts a real person will help you). I can of course just call your store and talk to whoever you tell me to speak with and make an appt...can you steer me in the right direction? Also, do you know if when you use the Advantium as an oven if the turntable rotates or does it stay still?
