I have no doubt she will contact you directly about this, with the understanding she is assuming you will say yes, about the move. ave spoken at great lenght about this, and both agree you would not receive "bang or buck" only limit your options and add more problems. It needs to be mentioned that the motivation behind all of this, is she can no longer afford to keep her home and this would solve her problems, but not yours. This visit has only reconfirmed my opinion that managers are required to oversee the Ranch as soon as possible. We are advertising locally for a couple with painting/plaster, cleaning etc skills and have set up a temporary E Mall address to field these applicants.
