May not be able to race if they can't fix. I def have a UTI, but not sure how bad. I felt really bad last night, very crampy in lower abdomen and lower back on left side. Feeling alot better today..got some pills from pharmacy and drinking tons of water. I've just never had a UTI where my back hurt, so was worried about kidney.
