Roland said it sounded untrue beut he did not confront. Said he knows this is worthless deal because Mike borrowed and owes S400,000.00 on it, so is basically worthless. Roland is real estate broker and said he will list Reo Lane/PNC property. Said Mike asked him about it and he said he would, but Mike said he might have a deal 1st. I told Roland to write a contract and I'd sign immediately. He is in process.
