Are the checks in green the only cashed items in the review? Since most of the checks are cashed on a monthly bases and some are cashed about 15 days apart, there is no appearance of structuring. When looking for structuring, you should be looking for checks cashed within a few days of each other, or a cashed check followed by an ATM withdrawal. I did a year look-back and it appears as if the Client is cashing checks under the $10,000.00 amount within dates that are too close for comfort for me to determine.
