From: Daphne Wallace To: Jeffrey Epstein <jeevacation@gmail.com>, Sarah K Subject: One of the Five Palms statues - August 7, 2012 Date: Tue, 07 Aug 2012 22:09:52 +0000 Attachments: Statue_(1).JPG; Statue_(2).JPG Greetings Mr. Epstein, One of the statues that Ion repaired during his trip has suffered damage. I discovered this today while I was in Five Palms looking for the fire extinguisher. Both statues were located in a corner, covered under plastic sheeting after Ion completed the repairs. I brought it to Danny's attention immediately. He has no idea what could have happened as no one was in Five Palms recently. The landscaping crew worked outside, completing the rebar installation and tie down of the five palms on the entrance side of the building yesterday and today, but that is the only crew in the area this week. I emailed the photos to Ion earlier. He is presently in Romania, but believes someone hit the statue by mistake in passing. According to his recollection workers would stop in to see the ceiling even when he was there. Ion believes the statue was pretty sturdy. He says he checked. Ion is suggesting that Brian could repair the statue. He says Brian has some type of glue, and that Brian said he did this before. Would you want Brian to proceed, or should Danny store the statues until Ion is available to repair the damage? Respectfully, Daphne EFTA01179941
