Essential Responsibilities of Assistant Manager/Head • Boat Captain — transportation of employees available for any required runs, Guests and • In the absence of the Island Managers, will assigned tasks, plus maintain time clock, produce required, payment of vendors & accountability • Coordinates Clearing & Land Transportation Air Freight. • Maintain the schedule for Big N, coordination Heavy Material, MSI, Tropical Shipments, • Applies & renews LSJ Permits including RO Facility. • Responsible for the Decommission & Commissioning • Maintain monthly RO Logs for Water Discharge forwarded to DPNR. • Directly responsible for Water Production, including Domestic & Irrigation purposes. • Maintain monthly Generator Usage & Maintenance Permit requirements. • Directly responsible for the Maintenance & • Responsible for Decommission & Commissioning • Monitor Fuel & Oil supplies for Heavy Machinery, • Track, Record Maintenance of all Equipment, Maintenance Pro Program, after down size. • Responsible for cost analysis, parts purchasing • Direct oversight of eight Engineering employees. • Mechanical responsibilities include Heavy Landscaping Equipment, Chiller Unit, Irrigation • Performing other related duties & responsibilities Engineer as of date: each morning & afternoon from STT/SJ/LSJ; or Principle. stay on LSJ, to insure security, completing usual payroll, provide all HR support as of all billing related items. of all Shipments i.e. Black Hawk, Tropical & of Vendors, Construction Related Material i.e. Landscaping Material, Fuel Resupply & Rubbish.
