Dear Jeffrey, I am writing to express my complete horror and bewilderment in relation to the recent press coverage describing you as a paedophile. I personally was completely misquoted in the Daily Telegraph and other media outlets, which carried totally distorted coverage. While acknowledging that you had committed what was regarded as a crime in the State of Florida, and not condoning your actions for which you served your time, the fact that you would not have been guilty of a criminal offence in the UK should have served to keep your record, and the totally distorted press headlines, in context. Of course, the press did not mention your extensive charitable work and donations, and the respect and regard that I and many others have for you.
