Boltz who was very accommodating did say he will not be able to provide another proposal or scope of work per the Owner who I met as well, has been told he has too much time in on this already. 8. this is a not to exceed quote, unless something more is desired during install. Observations: This vendor has the commercial level of expertise, and experience to create a reliable system with capacity, can monitor and reprogram remotely, can trouble shoot and service it long term, and add to as desired with the level of technical expertise in its personnel that will be needed and I would look for for this property vs residential oriented companies who may be less expensive but at the end of the day often cannot engineer, deliver, troubleshoot, service properly or add to. Also were very customer service oriented and know the ranch.
