Saw in the paper that U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Raymond Ray has allowed for the deposition of Scott Rothstein in his fraud case. Bankrupcy lawyers apparently get first crack, but your lawyers should do everything possible to be there, as are other victims' lawyers.
