I'm going to share the Reefco estimate with him and he said he will put something together to send to "the powers that be" so that a decision can be made. He did not express anything about it not being AYH's responsibility but he did seem to indicate that he thought it was from our AC units not the leaks from the roof. Either way, they said that it needs to be addressed ASAP. With warm regards, Cecile On Tuesday, July 14, 2015 11:24 AM, Cecile de Jongh < > wrote: Joe came by and took pictures. Dave, from Reefco said that the ilis in the walls of two offices (Jeanne and mine) and that at least the top half of the sheet rock in each office will need to be removed, cleaned and replaced. He advised us to keep our doors open until the problem is fixed. Your office and Una's office has some moisture mold on the interior walls due to the AC and that can be remedied by wiping the walls down with a special solution. EFTA00851290 We are hoping that one or two of the workers on the Island would be able to remove and replace the dry wall, if it's ok with you. Reefco will come in afterwards to remove and mitigate and their estimate is $3,476.50 (see attachment). Let me know if you approve.
