One of the co-owners took me for lunch while in SP, with her daughter, very friendly, etc, but no numbers were discussed, so I assumed they weren't interested in selling. After speaking with the main owner it seems that they are not desperate to sell but would be open to talking, maybe selling half or more of the agency? Should I ask them for an NDA and try to get some numbers?
