You always have to consider cost, use of resources and forget about fancy business dinners. The men in finance are very old-fashioned. Working for a non-profit, governmental organization is a 180 fliparound. We have an open checkbook since we're 100% owned by the Sheikh himself. I'm getting good use out of my black-tie dresses due to fancy events and I make more than I've ever done in banking. The people are nice, empathetic and very modern in their thinking.
