This is a misleading statement. We are only close on the total amount of money transferred to you and not whether the billing is correct, documented or an accurate reflection of your agreement with Mr. Epstein. With respect to these categories we continue to disagree , i.e., you have not provided any backup to the $178,000 that I asked for last December that was included on your schedule, but was never invoiced or detailed.
