I thought it was important for you to know, since I questioned if S17 customs was giving us a hard time or lying. In the future, I have instituted that Pilots will make the to customs in STTI instead of our handlers, in the past customs would get irritated and no patience if a call was duplicated when making a pre clearance reservation. thanks Larry EFTA00748308
