Her permanent debit card was lost in the mail and obtained to reissue and resend her permanent debit card. Her current temporary debit card is valid for another 20 days. In order to use the card she needs to have available funds in her bank account, that she doesn't have. Would you consider for an Amex card from your account? Please advise.
