This endorsement refers to a policy on a loan at an institution. The work in question is 100% trust owned. The endorsement does not name the trust as specific loss payee. My opinion is that is preferable to have the trust as a name insured. While the art loan agreement does not have the Trust as a named party, I think the insurance should be.
