PARK MANSION May 26, 2017 Dear Partner, As you know, we had our opening of the Park Mansion on May 10. The event was very successful and had over 260 guests in our model home. The response to the project was extremely positive. We plan to do smaller events like Broker lunches and Breakfasts in the near future. This past week we had many showings and have bookings for more in the coming weeks. Within a week of the party we accepted an offer and went to contract for the third floor at $5,995,000 with a hard deposit. We are actively moving forward to finish the rest of the units.
