The Zerocoin Electric Coin Company Tax Returns Update 2017-03-01 Due to the technical nature of the tax issues faced by the company we are working with our tax advisors to ensure we adopt the best possible overall tax situation. This will require that the partnership file an extension of time to file its tax return and as a result we do not expect final Schedule K-1's to be available until sometime later this summer.
