DERSHOWITZ, Defendant, STIPULATION FOR SETTLEMENT The undersigned parties do hereby agree to amicably resolve the above-styled cause upon the following terms and conditions: Bradley Edwards shall voluntarily dismiss with prejudice all pending claims against Alan Dershowitz in exchange for the voluntary dismissal with prejudice by Alan Dershowitz of the counterclaim against him and a payment of $500,000.00 on or before October 13, 2015. Paul Cassell shall voluntarily dismiss with prejudice all pending claims against Alan Dershowitz in exchange for the voluntary dismissal with prejudice by Alan Dershowitz of the counterclaim against him and a payment of $500,000.00 on or before October 13, 2015. Alan Dershowitz shall voluntarily dismiss with prejudice his pending counterclaims against Bradley Edwards and Paul Cassell in exchange for the voluntary dismissal with prejudice by Bradley Edwards and Paul Cassell of their claims against him and a payment of $500,000.00 on or before October 13, 2015.
