ASSIGNMENT OF DEPOSIT The $115,000.00 ("Deposit") placed in escrow with Insured Aircraft Title Service, Inc. by Jeffrey E. Epstein ("Depositor") is hereby assigned to Hyperion Air, Inc. ("Purchaser") for its use in the purchase of a Rolls Royce Spey 511-8 aircraft engine bearing manufacturer's serial number 8520. The Depositor hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Deposit shall be held in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Engine Sales Agreement dated April 15, 2013 between Purchaser and O'Gara Aviation, L.L.C., as seller.
