In talking to the case team, we have no information to suggest that an FBI or CBP employee observed potential illegal activity and failed to act. More importantly, we have no information to suggest when these labels were established as compared to the timing of the FBI MM investigation and the media reporting of Epstein's plea agreement in Florida.
