It was expunged based on insufficient evidence, by the Disciplinary Hearing Officer (DHO) on 8/1/19, and signed by the DHO 8/2/19. Also, following up on our conversation, we do have his Central File. There is limited information in there due to his being a pretrial inmate. There is nothing there concerning his need to be housed with a cell mate. In addition, we were able to recreate the 292 but that did not reflect anything on the need for a cell mate either. We continue to look for evidence that the unit officer had (other than the verbal instructions which we have noted). We will get back to you soon on the question of when he was on SW. EFTA00142913
